Chris is the Executive Producer, Creator & Writer of S E A R C H, the Scottish audio drama series, in association with The Big Light, funded by National Lottery through Creative Scotland and developed with BBC The Social.

As producer, Chris secured funding and distribution, assembled a creative team in addition to writing and directing all 8 episodes of Series One, working with an ensemble of Scottish talent from shows including Burnistoun, Scot Squad, River City and Singin' I'm No A Billy, He's A Tim. Series Two is in development.

Chris is also the Executive Producer & Creator of the Toasted Fiction Theatre podcast, Scotland’s only podcast dedicated to new writing in Scottish theatre. This podcast ran for two series.

Theatre

Writer/Director of two full-length plays The Constant Soldier & Fools On A Hill.

Writer of seven short plays, which featured as episodes of the new writing podcast Toasted Fiction Theatre.

Writer of Big Bang Billion, featured in A Play, A Pie & A Pint’s Pint Sized Plays.

Film

Writer/Director/Editor of three short films, Waiting, The Auditors and Search For A Superhero.

Novels & Short Stories

With five independently published books, including two novels, one short novella and two short story collections, the author also has a short story featured in horror anthology Twisted 50 Vol.1, which reached No.1 in the Amazon charts, taking over Stephen King’s The Bazaar of Bad Dreams.
