Chris Patrick | Series Creator & Writer, Executive Producer
As a playwright, Chris has enjoyed audiences across Scotland. He has written & directed over 10 sketches for BBC The Social, with a combined audience of over half a million. Chris also created the Toasted Fiction Theatre podcast series.
Writer/Director of two short films, Chris has written two original TV drama pilots, one of which was a Shore Scripts quarter finalist and the other a quartier-finalist in the TSL Screenwriting competition.
Search, funded by Creative Scotland and developed through BBC The Social, is his first scripted eight-part series.

Production Manager | Christopher Osborne
Christopher started off his career in Glasgow, working in scripted comedy with The Comedy Unit on shows such as Only and Excuse? and Scot Squad. He was a graduate of Channel 4’s Production Training Scheme in 2015, having worked with Bwark Productions on series such as Siblings and Drifters.
In 2016 he was part of the team at Channel 4 who produced the Yes I Can! Campaign for the 2016 Paralympic Games, winner of 2 D&AD Black Pencils.
He was named as One To Watch as part of the Edinburgh Television Festival in 2017.
In addition to Scripted Comedy on a range of Entertainment and Reality Formats such as 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown, Celebs Go Dating and The Only Way is Essex.
In recent years he has managed a range of Documentaries including - Coronavirus: How To Self Isolate for Channel 4,One Extraordinary Year for Red Bull TV and Madame Tussauds: The Full Wax for ITV. He has also been across a range of digital content for 4Studios and branded content for our various clients.
Sound | Fraser Allan
Fraser worked freelance under the name Kreative Sync as a Location Sound Recordist on projects for brands like Rise of Kingdoms, Colgate, Famous Grouse, Sweaty Betty and BMW, as a Sound Editor on projects for clients like NHS Scotland and Total War Rome Remastered and as a Sound Designer/Dubbing Mixer on various short films, on projects broadcast online via Comedy Central and BBC Scotland and for various online commercials and nationwide TVC’s.
Casting & Marketing | Lisa Nicoll
Lisa Nicoll is a producer, playwright & script developer. She trained at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama & East 15 Acting School and has taken work all across Scotland. Lisa has a passion for supporting creatives to develop and produce their work and keep them visible in the area of stage and screen.
Lisa established and is Creative Director & Producer of new writing theatre company In Motion Theatre where they tour new writing work and support and develop creatives which incorporates the initiative Creative Motivation Scotland.
She also works on a freelance basis with Perth Theatre and worked as a producer at the Tron Theatre for a number of years. In this position she created The Progressive Playwright Award and set up and ran The Tron 100 Club - an artistic membership for creatives & produced the Tron 100 Festival in 2016 & 2017 - a festival of 30 short new plays.
She has recently also joined as associate producer at Dundee based Theatre Company Knights Theatre.
Lisa also has a strong passion for film with the most recent film she produced Natalie (Blazing Griffin), by Mikey Murray and featuring Kate Dickie, having great success at The Edinburgh International Film Festival, Berlin Short Film Festival, Aesthica Film Festival and The British Urban Film Festival.
Lisa is a firm believer in making things happen for the artistic community and supporting and developing creatives in new and positive ways.
