When We Could Sit Together

Back in 2016, I wrote and produced a podcast series called Toasted Fiction Theatre which we recorded live at Beacon Arts Centre.

It was one of the most fun, collaborative and challenging projects I’ve put together but incredibly rewarding. A phenomenal team of actors and writers, all pulling together to put on a series of shows (6 plays in a night! Recorded! Live!) and letting me pretend to direct them. It made me feel like I was in a workplace written by Aaron Sorkin.

It was the best. And hopefully, when life returns to normal, we might come together to make a series 2. Or maybe even a new set of stories recorded live for a podcast in front of an audience.

In the meantime, enjoy series one.
